Quality reporting (QR) is core to any outcome measures in orthopedics. Traditionally paper based & cumbersome, Ortho QR takes the burden of data gathering out of your hands & lets the patient easily and interactively fill freely defined data sets as per joint or region. These can then immediately be submitted to any freely configurable entity for evaluation & scoring, allowing for near to instantaneous feedback to the examiner and accordingly discussion with the patient. Core patient data, including defined data sets & times can be output to an individual, patient specific QR code, making any follow-up visit a matter of simply scanning the code from within the app and being ready to continue.
